Things Are About to Get NSFW at this Group Exhibition.

The Violators, a queer artist's group exhibition is opening on Friday, July 27th in New York City from 7-11pm and we are HERE FOR IT! "What makes this art different?" you may ask. Well, these particular artists have had their work removed and/or have been banned from social media because the queer bodies depicted have been deemed "too offensive" or because they "violate user guidelines".

Curated by Gio Black Peter, the exhibition will feature art, video, and live readings performed by these 15 queer artists from around the world that continue to test (and protest) the boundaries of censorship on a daily basis:

Alex La Cruz, Anne Lamb, Ari Fraser, Ben Ackermann, Bruce LaBruce, Damien Blottiere, Gio Black Peter, Joseph Wolfgang Ohlert, Natasha Gornik, Oliver Sarley, Paco Y Manolo, Ruben Esparza, Slava Mogutin, Stuart Sandford, & Rob Hazel

We at FemmeKraft salute Gio and these artists with a big FUCK YOU to censorship.
